(SCA1) suggestions

Hi Ron & Joanna.

After studying the condition, I am drawn to the area of Oxygen as an area that I think would help if the levels in the body were elevated.

With being sedately through not being able to exercise, this will affect the cells in the body. Inside each cell is a component called the mitochondria. This is the battery charger (ATP) and storage when the body needs it

If a cell is of low energy or depleted. Each time a cell is replaced in the body (some cells are replaced daily) it is copied/duplicated. It can only copy the cell in the condition that it is in at that time. i.e if the battery is flat the NEW cell that is copied is also flat. So over a period of time the body degenerates because it is not getting the required air water nutrients and electrical power to replicate as a fully functioning cell.

So my suggestion (It is only a suggestion) as I am not medically qualified to give advice, is to look into how Joanna can get more oxygen into her body to allow the cells to operate more optimally.

  1. Magnet therapy products: The one that is a good all rounder because it can be used in a variety of ways on the body is the Bioflow Boost Belts and Modules. That link is the only one I found that was currently in stock at the moment. The strength of the magnets will last a lifetime so consider it as a Health Investment for both of you, as it can be used as I say in many ways. Migraine, Aches and Pains etc.
  2. Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing. Search on the internet for subjects and techniques that can be done whilst sitting in a chair. This helps to clean the body via the Lymph system and also the bottom third of the lungs which also helps to get rid of toxins in the body.
  3. 40Hz light therapy bulbs (The flicker helps to entrain the brain – It is used in a lot of conditions that affect the brain) ALSO check out on the Internet 40Hz Frequencies.
  4. Start taking/eating Organic Coconut Oil (Available from Lidl & Aldi) The natural fats in the oil is very beneficial for brain functioning.

I don't want to overload you with information for now, but I have more suggestions if required, especially around emotional health.
